Return and Exchange Policy

At Twisted Turquoise & Silver Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.


Eligibility

All orders are eligible for return or exchange within 60 days from the date of delivery.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all original tags, accessories, and packaging. Items that have been worn, used, or damaged will not be accepted.


Defective Products

We guarantee the quality of every piece we sell for life. If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately, and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Lifetime Quality Guarantee
At Twisted Turquoise & Silver Co., we guarantee the quality of every piece we sell for life against defects in materials or craftsmanship. If your piece breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost. However, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or rough handling are not covered under this guarantee. If you have concerns about your piece, please contact us, and we will assess the situation individually.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, contact us at twistedturquoisesilverco@gmail.com within the return period. Provide your order number, reason, and items. We’ll send a replacement within 10 business days.


Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a trackable method and retain your tracking number.


Sizing Policy

If a customer orders the wrong size, they may return the item for resizing; however, the customer is responsible for all return and reshipment costs.


Refunds

If you’re not satisfied, you can choose a refund instead of an exchange. Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days to your original payment method. 

Please note that for refunds, the original shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the price of the item will be returned.


Exchange Shipping

We will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item.


Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 5-7 business days if you receive a damaged or defective item. We will arrange a refund or exchange.


Exceptions

This policy does not apply to final sale, custom, or personalized items, or items altered in any way.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
